Unbleached enriched flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), water, steel cut wheat, steel cut oats, oat flakes, barley flakes, triticale flakes, rye flakes, amaranth, flax seeds, wheat germ, whole grain corn meal, whole wheat flour, oat fiber, crushed wheat, sugar, yeast, wheat gluten, contains 2 percent or less of: soybean oil and/or canola oil, molasses, sea salt, calcium sulfate (source of calcium), inulin, dough conditioners (may contain one or more of: sodium stearoyl lactylate, ethoxylated mono - and diglycerides, monocalcium phosphate, ascorbic acid), mon - and diglycerides, calcium propionate and sorbic acid (to retard spoilage), cultured wheat, vinegar, enzymes, guar gum.
