Kann Spuren von Baumnuss, Eiern, Haselnuss, Mandeln, Milch, Sesam, Soja enthalten. Alle landwirtschaftlichen Zutaten stammen aus biologischer Produktion. Ingrédients: farine de blé (complète 50%, mi-blanche), eau, blé complet égrugé 10%, levain 9% (blé), sel de cuisine iodé, levure, gluten de blé, farine de malt d'orge, poudre d'acérola avec fécule de manioc, enzymes (xylanases, amylases).
