Catfish, enriched yellow corn meal (corn meal, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), water, enriched bleached wheat flour (malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), salt, sodium tripolyphosphate, monosodium glutamate (msg), spices, leaving (sodium aluminum phosphate, sodium bicarbonate), wheat gluten, paprika garlic, monoglycerides, citric acid, sodium alginate, not more than 2% sodium silico aluminate (to prevent caking), partially hydrogenated soybean oil (to prevent dusting).
