Enriched unbleached wheat flour (wheat flour, ascorbic acid [added as a dough conditioner], enzyme [added for improved baking], niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), water, light rye flour, caraway seeds, sea salt, dough conditioner (wheat flour, mono-and diglycerides, corn syrup solids, gums [guar and/or cellulose gum], contains 2% or less of the following: soybean oil, enzymes, ascorbic acid), canola oil, yeast.
