12 British pork sausages seasoned with black pepper Ingredients 72% British Pork, Water, Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Spices (Black Pepper, White Pepper, Coriander, Nutmeg, Mace), Salt, Emulsifiers: Diphosphates, Triphosphates; Potato Starch, Dried Parsley, Preservative: Sodium Metabisulphite; Antioxidant: Ascorbic Acid; Yeast Extract, Raising Agent: Ammonium Carbonate. Safety Warning Keep raw meat separate from cooked foods. Wash all surfaces, cutting boards, utensils and hands after handling raw meat. Cooking Instructions The following are guidelines only. Some appliances may vary. Remove all packaging before cooking. To grill: Preheat grill to a medium temperature. Grill sausages for 15 minutes, turning occasionally. To oven cook: Preheat oven to 190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas Mark 5. Place sausages on a lightly greased baking sheet and cook in the centre of the oven for 25 minutes, turning halfway through cooking time. Ensure food is piping hot and cooked throughout before serving. Do not reheat. Not suitable for microwave cooking.
