Enriched unbleached wheat flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin and folic acid), water, sugar, yeast, vital wheat gluten, sunflower seeds, minced onion, contains 2% or less of each of the following: salt, garlic powder, poppy seeds, sesame seeds, vegetable oil (canola and/or soy), xanthan gum, distilled vinegar, yeast nutrient (ammonium sulfate), dough conditioner (ascorbic acid), calcium sulfate, enzymes, calcium propionate (mold inhibitor).
