Minced haddock and/or minced pollock, bleached wheat flour, water, wheat flour, textured soy protein, modified corn starch, salt, sugar, leavening (sodium bicarbonate, sodium aluminum phosphate), whey dextrose, yeast, nonfat milk, monosodium glutamate, spice, dehydrated celery, soybean oil, natural flavor, dehydrated onion, sodium tripolyphosphate (to retain moisture), parfried in soybean oil.
