Gammon Joint with a Honey Glaze

7 11510 45.80 Cured gammon joint with added water and a sachet of honey glaze. COOKING INSTRUCTIONS Remove sleeve and film lid. Place sauce sachet to one side. OVEN 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6 Chilled: 60 mins. Place the gammon joint: still in the foil tray. in the centre of a pre-heated oven and cook for 55 minutes. Remove from the oven and pour contents of sachet evenly over the joint. Return to the oven for a further 5 minutes. Do not overcook. Allow to stand for 5 minutes before serving.
