Lobster crowns

Ingredients

Filling: lobster meat with mince (lobster, water, salt), cream cheese (pasteurized cultured milk and cream, salt, stabilizer [xanthan and/or carob bean and/or guar gums]), red bell peppers, onions, chives, sugar, soy sauce (water, wheat, soybeans, salt, sodium benzoate, less than 1/10 of 1% as a preservative), leeks, lobster extract, lemon juice (water, lemon juice concentrate), wrapper: bleached wheat flour, water, pasteurized liquid eggs, cornstarch, salt, ascorbic acid and citric acid as anti-oxidant, potassium sorbate as preservative, fried in canola oil.
