Ingredients

Enriched flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), water, high fructose corn syrup, yellow corn meal, contains 2% or less of each of the following: wheat gluten, salt, yeast, sugar cane syrup, malted barley flour, calcium sulfate, dextrose, molasses, enzymes, ascorbic acid, calcium propionate (to retard spoilage).
