Ingredients

Unbleached enriched flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), water, yeast, onions, sugar, wheat gluten, soybean oil, contains 2% or less of each of the following: salt, sodium stearoyl lactylate, calcium sulfate, ammonium sulfate, poppy seeds, datem, monocalcium phosphate, vinegar, spices (turmeric and paprika), sunflower oil, natural flavor, enzymes, calcium propionate and potassium sorbate (preservatives).
