rehydrated soya and wheat protein [56%], cornflakes [maize, sugar, salt, barley malt extract], sunflower oil, water, wheat starch, vinegar, thickener [methylcellulose], natural flavourings, wheat flour, sea salt, onion, potato fibres, dried glucose syrup, salt, dextrose, preservative [sodium diacetate], maize starch, maltodextrin, cumin seed, capsicum extract, rosemary extract, vitamins and minerals [iron, vitamin b12]. allergen advice: for allergens see ingredients in bold. may also not be suitable for customers with an allergy to egg and milk [lactose) due to manufacturing methods. storage: keep it cold, obviously, that means under 5°c (put it in the fridge people). once opened you have 2 days to demolish them all. don't mess with the use by date. suitable for home freezing. this product has been previously frozen and defrosted under controlled conditions without affecting the quality or safety of the product. once frozen use within 1 month. once defrosted use the same day. for use by date see front of pack. packaged in a protective atmosphere.
