Enriched wheat flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), water, stone ground whole wheat flour, yeast, brown sugar, sugar, vital wheat gluten, wheat bran, contains 2% or less of each of: molasses, salt, calcium propionate (preservative), guar gum, dextrose, dough conditioners (mono and diglycerides, ascorbic acid, enzymes).
