Soy sauce (water, soybeans, wheat, salt, caramel color), sherry wine sugar, vinegar, water, modified cornstarch, cottonseed oil, sesame seed oil, salt, hydrolyzed wheat protein, dried garlic, dried onions, spice, natural flavors of capsicum and ginger, xanthan gum, disodium inosinate and disodium guanylate, less than 1/10th of 1% sodium benzoate as a preservative.
