Onion, soybean oil, soy sauce (water, wheat, soybeans, salt, less than 1/10 of 1% sodium benzoate [preservative]), cider flavored distilled vinegar (distilled vinegar, natural flavor, caramel coloring), celery, carrots, ginger root, wasabi powder (horseradish, mustard, vitamin c, citric acid, mustard extract, artificial color [fd&c blue #1, fd&c yellow #5]), sugar, tomato paste, mustard flour, hot sauce (chili, sugar, salt, garlic, distilled vinegar, potassium sorbate and sodium bisulfite as preservatives, xanthan gum), white pepper.
