Ingredients

Water, whole wheat flour, enriched flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), yeast, high fructose corn syrup, wheat gluten, contains 2% or less of each of the following: soybean oil, dried molasses, salt, wheat starch, vinegar, calcium propionate (a preservative), wheat flour, calcium sulfate, ascorbic acid (dough conditioner), enzymes, soy lecithin, high oleic canola oil.
