- 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 c. flour
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 stick softened oleo
Directions

1Mix 1 1/2 cups flour, sugar, yeast and salt.

2Add warm milk, water and oleo.

3Mix 2 minutes with mixer.

4Add 1/2 cup flour. Beat 2 minutes.

5Stir in enough flour to make soft dough.

6Knead until smooth.

7Let rise 15 minutes in greased bowl.

8Make into dinner rolls or cinnamon rolls.

9Let rise in pan for 15 minutes. Bake at 425° for 15 minutes.
