Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 c. flour
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 pkg. yeast
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 stick softened oleo

Directions

    Mix 1 1/2 cups flour, sugar, yeast and salt.

    Add warm milk, water and oleo.

    Mix 2 minutes with mixer.

    Add 1/2 cup flour. Beat 2 minutes.

    Stir in enough flour to make soft dough.

    Knead until smooth.

    Let rise 15 minutes in greased bowl.

    Make into dinner rolls or cinnamon rolls.

    Let rise in pan for 15 minutes. Bake at 425° for 15 minutes.
