  • 1/2 cup dried tomatoes
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1.5 cups bulgur
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1-2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2-3 teaspoons honey
  • Black pepper
