- 1 lb boneless sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 (2 1/2 ounce) envelope Lipton beefy mushroom soup mix
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can new potatoes, drained and cut into chunks
- 1 (10 ounce) package peas and carrots, frozen and thawed
Directions

1In 12-inch nonstick skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and brown steak.
