  • 12 level Tbsp. flour (self-rising) (scant 3/4 c.)
  • 4 c. milk
  • 5 heaping Tbsp. cocoa (slightly heaped)
  • 6 eggs yolks
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp. butter

    Mix dry ingredients.

    Add milk.

    Bring to a boil over low heat.

    Add egg yolks.

    Cook for 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
