- 5 large carrots
- 2 tablespoons margarine or 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup corn flakes
- 18 teaspoon salt
Directions

1wash & peel the carrots.

2fill the saucepan 1/2 full with water.

3place on medium-high heat to boil.

4meanwhile,using the paring knife and cutting board,slice the carrots into 1/4 inch slices.

5boil the carrots for 10 minutes.

6preheat the oven to 400 degrees farenhight.

7drain the carrots into a colander,then place them into a baking dish.

8place teaspoons of margarine or butter evenly over the carrots.

9then,crumble the cornflakes over the carrots.

10sprinkle with salt.

11bake for 10 minutes.

12use oven mitts to remove from the oven.

13serve warm.
