Ingredients

  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 4 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 c. pineapple chunks
  • 2 c. marshmallows
  • 1 c. walnuts
  • 4 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 oranges, cut up
  • 1 c. whipped cream

Directions

    Place eggs, sugar and vinegar in double boiler.

    Cook, beating constantly until thick and smooth.

    Remove from heat.

    Add butter and cool.

    When cooled, fold in whipped cream, fruit and marshmallows.

    Pour in mold and chill 24 hours.

    Serve on crisp lettuce.
