- 2 eggs, beaten
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 c. pineapple chunks
- 2 c. marshmallows
- 1 c. walnuts
- 4 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 oranges, cut up
- 1 c. whipped cream
Directions

1Place eggs, sugar and vinegar in double boiler.

2Cook, beating constantly until thick and smooth.

3Remove from heat.

4Add butter and cool.

5When cooled, fold in whipped cream, fruit and marshmallows.

6Pour in mold and chill 24 hours.

7Serve on crisp lettuce.
