Ingredients

  • 1 large can pineapple chunks
  • 1 pkg. marshmallows
  • 1/2 c. celery hearts
  • 1/2 c. pecans
  • 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
  • 1/2 pt. whipping cream
  • juice from pineapple
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • pinch of salt
  • 3 Tbsp. flour

Directions

    Cook eggs, salt, vinegar, juice and flour together until thick.

    Pour over other mixture.

    Fold in whipped cream.

    Chill at least 24 hours before serving.
