- 3 parts flour
- 2 parts Crisco
- 1 part water
- pinch of salt
Directions

1Place flour in bowl; make well in center.

2Add Crisco, water and salt, mixing all together.

3Place in refrigerator a few hours or overnight.

4Pinch desired amount.

5Place on floured surface and work in just enough flour to roll.

6Place in pie pan and flute edges or use as a 2 crust pie.

7Bake at 425° until brown. Remaining dough may be refrigerated for a week or more.
