  • 3 parts flour
  • 2 parts Crisco
  • 1 part water
  • pinch of salt

Directions

    Place flour in bowl; make well in center.

    Add Crisco, water and salt, mixing all together.

    Place in refrigerator a few hours or overnight.

    Pinch desired amount.

    Place on floured surface and work in just enough flour to roll.

    Place in pie pan and flute edges or use as a 2 crust pie.

    Bake at 425° until brown. Remaining dough may be refrigerated for a week or more.
