  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip plus 1 extra c.
  • 2 (3.5 oz.) boxes instant chocolate pudding
  • 1 (3.5 oz.) box instant vanilla pudding
  • 4 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 Hershey or Heath bar, smashed
