- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 2 eggs
- 2 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
- 2 tsp. salt
- 6 c. flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup water.

2Mix sugar, salt, oil and 1 1/2 cups water in large bowl.

3Beat in yeast and eggs.

4Add 2 cups flour; beat until smooth.

5Stir in enough flour to make soft dough; knead several times.

6Place in large greased bowl.

7Cover and let rise until doubled in size, about 1 1/2 hours.

8Punch down; cover tightly and refrigerate.

9Will keep 3 or 4 days.
