- 1 pkg. yeast
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 c. lukewarm water
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. melted shortening
- 4 c. flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast and 2 tablespoons sugar in 1/4 cup warm water. Add yeast mixture to remaining ingredients.

2Let rise 2 hours in warm place.

3Shape into rolls.

4Let rise 2 hours.

5Bake at 425° for 10 minutes.
