- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. low-fat cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 large container low-fat Cool Whip
- 2 small or 1 large pkg. low-fat instant Jell-O pudding (flavor of your choice)
- 3 1/2 c. skim milk
Directions

1First Layer: Melt stick of butter and mix with flour and 1/2 cup chopped nuts.

2Spread into nonstick pan and bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
