  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 stick low-fat butter
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. low-fat cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 large container low-fat Cool Whip
  • 2 small or 1 large pkg. low-fat instant Jell-O pudding (flavor of your choice)
  • 3 1/2 c. skim milk

    First Layer: Melt stick of butter and mix with flour and 1/2 cup chopped nuts.

    Spread into nonstick pan and bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
