Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avacadoes
  • Lime juice, to taste
  • 1 pint sour cream (I use reduced fat)
  • 1 lb. salsa
  • Shredded Monterrey jack cheese
  • Sliced black olives (optional)

Directions

    Mash the 2 avacadoes, drizzle lime juice in and mix together.

    Spread on bottom of an 8x8 pan*.

    spread sour cream on top of the avacado (do not mix together).
  4. 4
    Spread the salsa on top of sour cream, then sprinkle the cheese on top of the salsa.

    Sprinkle black olives on top of the cheese (if desired).

    Chill for 1 hour.
