  • 1 1/2 c. plain flour
  • 1 1/2 sticks margarine
  • 3/4 c. nuts
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1 large Cool Whip
  • 2 pkg. (3 1/2 oz.) chocolate instant pudding
  • 2 1/2 c. sweet milk

    Mix flour, margarine and nuts until crumbly. Press in 9 x 13-inch dish.

    Bake at 325° on top rack for 20 minutes.
