  • 1 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1 large Cool Whip
  • 2 pkg. (3 1/2 oz.) chocolate instant pudding
  • 2 1/2 c. sweet milk

    Mix flour, margarine and nuts until crumbly. Press in 9 x 13-inch dish.
