  • 2 medium green peppers - chopped
  • 2 medium onions-chopped
  • 2 c sliced mushrooms
  • 4 26 oz jars of Meatless Spaghetti Sauce
  • 2 eggs lightly beaten
  • 4 c shredded Mozzarella cheese

    Cook pasta. Cook beef, onion, pepper and mushrooms until beef no longer is pink (drain).
