- 5 eggs
- 2 sticks margarine
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 3 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. almond extract
- 1 tsp. coconut extract
- 3 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 c. milk
- 1 can flaked coconut
Directions

1Cream butter, shortening and sugar until light and fluffy.

2Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.

3Add extracts and mix well.

4Add flour and milk alternately, beating well after each addition.

5Stir in coconut.

6Spoon batter into a 10-inch greased tube pan or Bundt pan.

7Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until done.
