• 1 tablespoon cherry jam
• 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
• Honey-Ginger Butter:
• 3 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
• 1 tablespoon honey
• 2 teaspoons finely chopped crystallized ginger
• Orange-Mango Butter:
• 2 tablespoons mango chutney
• 1 tablespoon orange zest
• 3/4 teaspoon freshly ground peppercorn medley
• Mustard-Poppy Seed Butter:
• 1 tablespoon minced green onions
• 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
• 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
