  • 2 talks celery, cut in 1-inch pieces
  • 2 potatoes, chunked large
  • 1 green pepper, chunked
  • 1 onion, chunked
  • 3 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 12 oz. V-8 juice or your own tomato juice
