  • 2 lb. stew meat
  • 3 c. carrots, cut up
  • 3 c. potatoes, chunked
  • 1 c. onion, cut up
  • 1 to 2 c. celery chunks
  • 1 pkg. frozen peas
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 can golden mushroom soup
  • 1/4 c. water
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Cook in large covered pan/pot at 250° for 5 hours. No need to stir.
