  • 3 lb. cubed stewing beef (bite-size)
  • 1 c. celery (bite-size)
  • 2 carrots (bite-size)
  • 2 medium onions, cut up
  • 4 medium potatoes (bite-size)
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 can water
  • 2 Tbsp. tapioca
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Mix soup, water, tapioca, sugar, salt and pepper.

    Pour mixture over cut up meat and vegetables.

    Cover and bake at 275° for 5 hours.

    Do not raise lid or open oven door while cooking.
