- 3 lb. cubed stewing beef (bite-size)
- 1 c. celery (bite-size)
- 2 carrots (bite-size)
- 2 medium onions, cut up
- 4 medium potatoes (bite-size)
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can water
- 2 Tbsp. tapioca
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Mix soup, water, tapioca, sugar, salt and pepper.

2Pour mixture over cut up meat and vegetables.

3Cover and bake at 275° for 5 hours.

4Do not raise lid or open oven door while cooking.
