  • 2 lb. round steak, cut in 1/2-inch cubes
  • 5 carrots
  • 4 potatoes
  • 3 stalks celery
  • 1 onion
  • 2 Tbsp. tapioca
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 3 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. V-8 juice

Directions

    Cut or slice vegetables in small pieces.

    Combine meat & vegetables in large casserole.

    Mix tapioca & V-8 juice and pour over meat & vegetables.

    Sprinkle brown sugar & salt over top. Cover & bake 5 hrs. at 250°.
