- 4 potatoes
- 3 stalks celery
- 1 onion
- 2 Tbsp. tapioca
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 3 tsp. salt
- 1 c. V-8 juice
Directions

1Cut or slice vegetables in small pieces.

2Combine meat & vegetables in large casserole.

3Mix tapioca & V-8 juice and pour over meat & vegetables.

4Sprinkle brown sugar & salt over top. Cover & bake 5 hrs. at 250°.
