  • 2 c. raw potatoes, sliced thin
  • 3/4 c. uncooked rice
  • 1 c. raw onion, sliced
  • 3 slices raw bacon, chopped
  • 2 c. raw hamburger
  • 1 pt. stewed tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsp. green pepper
  • 2 slices raw bacon, chopped
  • salt
  • pepper

Directions

    Layer in casserole in the order given.

    Salt and pepper each layer. More tomatoes may be added, if needed.

    Bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 350°.
