Ingredients

  • 2 cans refried beans (1 of which is with green chilies)
  • 4 medium avocados
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 to 6 drops Tabasco
  • 1/2 c. salad dressing (mayo)
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 c. chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 c. sliced, ripe, black olives
  • 1/2 c. green onions
  • 8 oz. each: Cheddar and Mozzarella cheese (both shredded)

Directions

    In a 9 x 13-inch pan, mix cans of beans and spread in pan for bottom layer.

    Next, mix avocados with lemon juice, Tabasco, salt and pepper; spread this mixture on top of bean layer.

    Next, mix salad dressing with sour cream; spread on top of avocado mixture, then top with tomatoes, olives and onions, then spread both cheeses on top to finish layers.
