- 4 or 5 yellow squash
- 1 1/2 pkg. saltine crackers
- 2 sticks butter
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 medium onion
- 1 pkg. shredded medium or sharp cheese
Directions

1Slice squash and boil until tender.

2Drain well.

3Melt butter, add chopped onion and cook in butter until tender.

4Crumble crackers in bowl.

5Pour butter and onions into the crackers and mix until well coated.
