- 2 onions, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 lbs hamburger
- 1 lb thin spaghetti, cooked
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1 (15 ounce) can white beans, drained
Directions

1Saute onions and garlic until tender, add spices and cook 1 minute more.

2Add tomato juice, chicken broth, brown sugar and ceder vinager, and cook 2 more minutes.

3Then add hamburger and mush it into the sauce. Cook (simmer) for 15 minutes.

4Build plates: spaghetti, meat sauce, onions, beans, and cheese.
