  • 1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 5 c. flour
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. corn oil
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 1 qt. buttermilk

Directions

    Mix cereal, sugar, flour, salt and soda.

    Add eggs, oil and buttermilk.

    Mix well.

    Store in covered bowl in refrigerator for up to 6 weeks.

    When ready to cook, grease muffin tins.

    Preheat oven to 400°.

    Fill muffin tins 3/4 full.

    Bake about 20 minutes.
