Ingredients
- 3 1/2 to 4 c. flour
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. oleo
Directions

1Put yeast, sugar, salt and 1 cup flour in mixing bowl.

2In saucepan, put milk, water and oleo.

3Heat to 120° to 130°.

4Dump into flour mixture.

5Beat 4 to 5 minutes.

6Add 1 cup flour, then 1/2 cup flour.

7Mix after each addition, until not sticky.

8Put in buttered bowl.
-
9Rise 15 to 20 minutes.

10Divide in half, 12 rolls each half, 9 x 13-inch.

11Rise 15 to 20 minutes.
-
12Bake at 400° for 12 to 15 minutes.
