- 1 1/4 c. warm milk
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 1/4 oz. yeast
- 1/4 c. hot water
- 5 c. flour
Directions

1In saucepan warm milk, stir in sugar, butter and salt.

2In large bowl soften yeast in 1/4 cup warm water.

3Stir in milk mixture and gradually add flour until dough pulls away from bowl. Add flour until dough loses stickiness.

4Cover.
-
5Heat oven to 250° then turn off.
-
6Place dough in oven for 15 minutes.
-
7Remove and place on floured surface.
-
8Knead 2 to 3 times.
