- 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla or 1 Tbsp. Kahlua or Amaretto
- 1 c. heavy cream
- whipped cream (optional)
Directions

1Place chocolate, egg and vanilla in blender or food processor. Heat cream in small saucepan over medium heat until small bubbles form around edge.

2With machine running, add hot cream.

3Blend until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth, about 1 minute. Pour mousse into bowl.

4Cool slightly.

5Cover with plastic wrap. Chill 2 to 3 hours or until set.

6Serve in wine glasses or small dessert dishes topped with whipped cream.
