Ingredients

  • 2 cups refried beans
  • Tabasco (as much as you want, 1 teaspoon min.)
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 Tbsp sliced Jalapenos
  • Sour Cream (as much as you want)
  • Black Olives (as much as you want, 1 small can drained is fine)
  • 1 medium tomatoe diced
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce

    1. Heat beans in a pan or skillet. Add water to make a creamy texture to the beans.

    2. Add your tabasco to the beans

    3. When the beans start to boil slightly, remove from heat and spread them evenly on a cassarole dish or platter. It helps if it is already warm. Add the cheese

    4. Add a layer of chopped onions, tomatoes, sour cream, shredded lettuce, black olives and jalapenos.
