  • 3 c. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon extract
  • 3/4 c. 7-Up

Directions

    Cream together butter or margarine and sugar for 20 minutes. Add eggs, one at a time.

    Add flour, lemon extract and 7-Up.

    Pour into well-greased 12 cup Bundt pan.

    Bake at 325° for 1 1/4 hours.
