  • 3 c. granulated sugar
  • 6 eggs (whole)
  • 3 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. lemon extract
  • 1 c. 7-Up

Directions

    Cream sugar, butter, eggs and flour until smooth.

    Add lemon extract and 7-Up, a little bit at a time, until it is all mixed in and smooth.

    Bake at 300° to 325° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
