  • 3 c. plain flour
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon extract
  • 3/4 c. 7-Up

Directions

    Cream together softened margarine and sugar for 20 minutes. Add eggs, one at a time.

    Add plain flour.

    Add lemon extract. Fold in 7-Up.

    Pour into well-greased tube pan. Bake at 325° for 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
