  • 3 c. sugar
  • 1 c. 7-up
  • 3 sticks of butter, softened
  • 1 tsp. lemon flavor

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Beat butter, sugar, lemon flavor and eggs until creamy.

    Add flour and 7-up.

    Mix well, until all ingredients are blended.

    Grease or spray tube pan, lightly flour. Pour batter into pan and bake for 1- 1/2 hours or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.

    Cool before removing from pan.
